Dan Roulier & Associates is a real estate development company founded in 1986 by Dan Roulier and is dedicated to building homes in Northern Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Our business recognizes the importance of building homes to accommodate the way you live at any time in your life. Our Team
Our team is led by Dan Roulier, whose passion for building and architecture inspired him to create this dynamic home building company in 1986. Rick Granger, Our Vice President of Operations, joined the team a year later in 1987 and has built over 700 houses for the company. Dan’s daughter, Hallie Roulier Fox, who also shares a passion for architecture and design, joined the company in 2019. Both Rick and Hallie work together to design homes and manage construction of all our projects. They ensure that each home we build meets the highest standard of quality and workmanship. Barbara Colton has been our Office Manager since 1990. Jane Roulier, Dan’s wife, has been Account manager since 1987.
